Tina Boucher is the Senior Vice President, Controller of BK Technologies. With nearly three decades of experience at the company, Tina is a trusted steward of financial integrity and strategic partner in fiscal governance.
Since joining BK Technologies, Tina has held various leadership roles in finance and accounting. In her current position, Tina is responsible for all internal and external financial reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, SEC filings, financial controls, accounting operations, audit oversight, financial services, and treasury relations.
Tina is a Certified Public Accountant and received her BS in Accounting from Rollins College and an MBA from Wester University.
