Stephen Theisen is the Senior Vice President and General Manager, Land Mobile Radio Business (LMR) of BK Technologies. A 25-year veteran of the LMR industry, Stephen is a performance-focused executive committed to delivering field-proven, mission-critical communication solutions for first responders and public safety agencies.
At BK Technologies, Stephen has held multiple leadership roles in sales and marketing, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, where he led the team to a record year in 2024. In his current role as General Manager, Stephen oversees the company’s go-to-market functions – including sales, marketing, operations, and customer service – as well as all aspects of the production business, from product management and procurement to manufacturing, quality control, and distribution. In addition, Stephen chairs the Product Development Committee, helping guide the company’s innovation strategy and ensuring alignment with industry advancements.
Prior to joining BK Technologies, Stephen served as Director of Sales and Operations for a large independent communications solutions dealership, worked as a Motorola Manufacturer’s Representative, and was the Managing Partner of a multi-location, multi-state distribution company.
