Scott Malmanger is the Chief Financial Officer of BK Technologies. With nearly 40 years experience moving companies in a variety of industries through periods of accelerated growth, Scott brings expertise in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, software-as-a-service (SaaS) models, public company reporting compliance and financial reporting and analysis.
At BK Technologies, Scott oversees all financial operations, including treasury, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and regulatory compliance. Scott plays a key role in shaping the company’s financial strategy and supports cross-functional initiatives to drive growth and operational efficiency.
Prior to joining BK Technologies, Scott served as the Chief Financial Officer of OneroRX, a provider of telepharmacy services, the Chief Financial Officer of iCoreConnect, a provider of electronic medical record and encrypted email software, and as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance of American K-9 Detection Services. At American K-9, Scott led government contract acquisition and deployment, established accounting and financial reporting policies, and implemented a Federal Acquisition Regulations-compliant accounting system with Sarbanes-Oxley compliant internal controls.
Scott holds a CPA (Inactive) from the Iowa Society of Certified Public Accountants and a CMA from the Institute of Management Accountants. Scott received his BS in Business and Accounting from Pillsbury College and an MBA from Minnesota State University.
