At BK Technologies, Sean is responsible for procurement and supplier optimization, focusing on improving key metrics that align with the company’s strategic vision. Sean is an effective leader who maintains a big-picture perspective while taking a hands-on approach to implementation. Sean has experience collaborating with global partners to promote a lean culture within organizations. Sean is committed to making informed decisions based on Lean manufacturing methodologies that enhance quality, ensure timely delivery, and achieve cost reductions.
Sean earned BS degrees in Operations Management & Business Statistics and Management & Labor Relations from Cleveland State University and an MBA from Baldwin Wallace University.
