Cindy Kippley is the Vice President, Business Operations and Marketing of BK Technologies. A versatile and highly adaptable leader, Cindy possesses strong communication, analytical, and management skills, and is a passionate advocate for developing business processes that streamline support for the Sales team and dealer channels.
Since joining BK Technologies as Program Manager in 2015, Cindy has progressed through leadership roles, serving as Director and Vice President. In her current role, Cindy leads the Business Operations, Contracts, Order Administration, Marketing, Customer Care, and Program Management departments. Cindy plays a key role on the Go-To-Market team, supporting the launch of new products and services, and collaborates closely with executive leadership to drive initiatives that optimize revenue and reduce costs.
Prior to joining BK Technologies, Cindy held management roles at FedEx Express and worked in Industrial Engineering on Boeing’s 787 Dreamliner Program.
Cindy is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and earned her BS in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater, a MEd from Arizona State University, and an MBA from Marquette University.
